Dr. Carlos Regalado, M.D. is an expert in vaginal and labia surgeries with over 20 years of experience as a practicing doctor. He has extensive experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics (OB/GYN), and has specialized in women's medical care and surgery since 1994.

Beginning in 1998, Dr. Regalado was awarded his medical degree from the world-renowned Independent University of Santo Domingo (UASD). USAD was established in 1538, making it the oldest university in the New World. Dr. Regaldo was immediately invited to work with the Venezuelan Red Cross to help cure the sick and injured in Caracas, Venezuela. While in Caracas, Dr. Regalado earned his post-graduate degree in Gynecology and Human Reproduction so that he could specialize in women's care and reproductive health. He then returned to the Dominican Republic and his skill and expertise was quickly recognized by the executives of Santo Domingo's Dr. Luis E. Aybar Hospital. Dr. Regalado was offered the position of Professor of Gyne-Obstetrics, which he accepted and has held since 1994.

Dr. Regalado's love of teaching led him to become the Chief of Teaching in Gyne-Obstetrics at the Dr. Luis E. Aybar Hospital. He also recently earned a Masters in High School Education so that he could share his knowledge and experience in medicine to help inspire students to pursue medical careers.

Dr. Regalado has experience in the latest laser surgery techniques from the renowned Brazilian Laser Society in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He also stays current on the latest women's reproductive surgical technology and techniques as an active member of both the Latin-American Federation of Gyne-Obstetrics and the Dominican Society of Gyne-Obstetrics. Since 2000, Dr. Regalado has held his private practice in the prestigious Center of Plastic Surgery and Liposculpture in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
